I spent the better part of my youth in Shanghai, so I know exactly what the real deal should taste like. This? This is good ol' American Chinese food--heavy on the American, light on the Chinese. But hey, they're playing to the crowd, and I can't fault them for knowing their audience. The spicy dumplings? A surprise, but not the good kind. Drenched in peanut sauce and about as spicy as a glass of milk. Strange choice.

I thought the service was quick, friendly, and efficient. The ambiance was nice with a few wall to wall murals and a cozy feel. It's a little tight inside when it's busy but not bad. The food was good, especially the steamed dumplings and stir fried noodles. Their wontons are worth a try as well. Overall a good choice if you're jonesing for dumplings.

The dim sum was really good, with a nice selection of both steamed and fried options. The shrimp dumplings were fresh, and the turnip cake had a nice crispiness on the outside. Some dishes lacked a bit of seasoning, but overall, it was an enjoyable meal. The staff was friendly and helpful in recommending items. The restaurant had a traditional, lively setting, which made the experience feel authentic.

Amazing food! Service was fast and very attentive as well. I highly recommend their appetizers which are basically dim sums that I love. The noodle and fried rices also did not disappoint!

This place was heaven on earth! From the second I walked in I was welcomed from the hostess. I ended up sitting at the bar. I ordered the ginger cocktail which was delicious! It was so fun watching all the amazing cocktails being made, each drink made with class and looked amazing! I ordered the spicy dumplings as a starter and I wish I ordered 10 plates of these to say it was delicious is an understatement! I seriously still think about those spicy dumplings to this day! For my main meal I ordered the steamed dumplings which was good but not as good as the spicy dumplings. I have recommended this place to all of my friends and even recommend this to a friend who was visiting a week after me. If you are in the area PLEASE visi

Pretty busy for a Saturday night, so you know the food will be good here. No wait if you sit at the bar top. I ordered homemade soup dumplings, pork wontons in spicy sauce, and wonton soup. The pork wontons in spicy sauce came out first. They were pretty good! I think it had peanut sauce in it, but I'm not exactly sure.. it was pretty thick. The homemade soup dumplings were delicious. Had lots of soup inside. Make sure to eat it right when they come out so the soup doesn't evaporate and get soaked up. I recommend bitting a small hole out the top and slurping the soup out, then eat it whole with the dipping sauce. The wonton soup was a bit mid. A little bland for my liking. Needed some salt and white pepper to taste. Service was okay, but they seemed pretty busy so maybe that's why.

Service was very fast and friendly! We asked for a few suggestions, and they did not disappoint! We ordered the scallion pancakes to start, and the sauce was amazing. I ended up dipping my dumplings in that sauce! It was full of flavor and went well with the scallion pancakes. For the two of us, we got 2 orders of dumplings (veggie and non-veggie), the scallion pancakes appetizer, and the green beans entree, which the waitress recommended. The garlic green beans were delicious. It definitely is entree sized, but it was good to combine with other dishes since I wouldn't normally eat a dinner of green beans with rice. I would go back for the green beans, though. I was glad they offered vegetarian dumplings with the options of fried or steamed, but I wished they would have gotten more creative with the fillings rather than generic vegetables. They were decent, but I wouldn't come back for the dumplings. I would come back for the scallion pancakes and the garlic green beans, though!

What a journey! We sat at the bar and had the experience of a lifetime. It was a trip because of our conversation with the manager and the bartender. The food was also quite good! I had the rangoons and kung pao chicken made extra spicy. They delivered on the heat and the flavors! It was also a generous sized portion. The rangoons were just basic but flavorful and piping hot. The prices were fair for what you get. I would definitely dine here again.
